2020 Sua Sponte South Camp

Sua Sponte is Heading South!

The Sua Sponte Day Camp up at Holderness sold out, so due to popular demand, we're excited to launch Sua Sponte South! 

Fine tune your skills in an intense, 3-day camp at Trinity HS in Manchester, NH. Designed for intermediate to advanced players, this position-based camp will get you ready for the summer tournament season using Sua Sponte's hyper focus on fundamentals and advanced lacrosse IQ. This camp will deliver position-specific methodology while highlighting strength and conditioning. Each camper will be evaluated and given feedback in the form of a report card, to help them navigate what they need to improve on moving forward. 

THIS IS NOT A GLORIFIED BABY-SITTING EXPERIENCE!

And because it's Sua Sponte, you know each session will include lessons on leadership and how to be the best version of you! 

NOTE: WE ARE CAPPING THE REGISTRATIONS SO THAT WE CAN MAXIMIZE THE REPS AND MINIMIZE THE COACH:CAMPER RATIO. WE WILL SELL OUT ONCE AGAIN, SO DON'T WAIT!

Sua Sponte South Camp Details

Dates: July 14, 15, 16, 2020

Times: Girls are 9a-12p, Boys are 1p-4p

Who: Intermediate to Advanced Boys and Girls Grades 3-11 (2021-2029)

Where: Trinity HS Turf Field - Circular Drive, Manchester NH (across the street from Trinity HS)

Cost: $225

Important Details: 

  • All registered athletes will receive a Sua Sponte pinnie
  • Athletes will need to pack water
  • Players MUST bring their own water bottles
  • We will have a trainer on site at all times
