Sua Sponte 2025 - back at the lake!
We're heading back to the lake for Sua Sponte Lacrosse & Leadership Camp 2025! High-level lacrosse education, immersive leadership experiences, tons of opportunity for personal growth, and memories that will last forever. And we're bringing back one of the best parts of our camp experience - an overnight option! A day camp option will also be available.
This camp will be held at the beautiful Brewster Academy campus, located in picturesque Wolfeboro New Hampshire on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. Located just two hours north of Boston, Brewster features world class amenities that we'll make full use of!
The 2025 Sua Sponte promises to be chock-full of all the things campers and their families have come to expect since we began this camp in 2017 - the highest-caliber coaching and lacrosse skill development, leadership and growth topics that help campers understand the relationship between leadership and performance, and of course...FUN!

Camp Store
We will have a camp store that will contain Sua Sponte swag during registration and at check out (please stay tuned to our facebook and Instagram for pricing for each item, this way we can make transactions as seamless as possible)!
There will also be a camp store open after each session throughout the day and evening for assorted drinks and snacks.
Certified Athletic Trainer & Other Medical Considerations
Sua Sponte is staffed with a licensed athletic trainer. As you drop off your child you will have an opportunity to speak to the trainer. Please consult with the athletic trainer about any medical needs your child may have.
Packing List
Day and Overnight Campers will need:
- Full Lacrosse Equipment, appropriate for your camper's gender, is required:
- Helmet/Goggles
- Gloves
- Stick
- Elbow Pads
- Shoulder Pads
- Cup/Jill
- Mouthguard
- Sneakers & Cleats
- Reusable Water Bottle
Overnight Campers will also need:
- Bed Linens & Pillow (twin bed size)
- Bathing Suit & 2-3 Towels
- Toiletries
- Shampoo
- Soap
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Deodorant
- Body Powder
- Several changes of clothes - plan for both warm and chilly evening weather as the camp site is lakeside
Other recommended items for overnight campers:
- Small fan
- Slides/flip flops
- Snacks & sports drinks (we have campers with severe allergies so please no items containing nuts!)
A note on electronics - we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Our recommendation is that no electronics are packed. If a camper needs to get ahold of a parent/guardian, they can consult with a camp staff member.
Camp Cancellation Policy
- Sua Sponte cancellation policy, for injury or otherwise, as follows:
- Prior to 4/1 of camp year: Full Refund
- 4/1 to 5/1 of camp year: Full Refund less the $250 deposit
- After 5/1 of camp year: No refund
- If you must cancel your registration for any reason, please email info@suaspontelax.com.
Once we reach capacity for overnight campers, a waitlist will be opened. As spots become available, we will contact those on the waitlist in the order they signed up.
Please note that our camp is in mid June, and as such, may bump into the end of school activities for some school districts. We are unable to prorate camp tuition for late arrivals or early departures, so please look at your school calendar prior to registration.
